Our Aim regarding right of way into OToole car park
Palace Fields Residents Association Wish to state that an Planning Objection to Galway County Council  against Joe OToole was for Right of Way into OToole car park Only and had no part in closing the car park resulting from an High Court order which was acted on by another third party group separate from Palace Fields Resident Association

In the Past, Many Residents used the most appropriate Palace Road footpath from Palace Fields Estate via Palace Grounds Park travelling to Tuam Cathedral, Schools or Town Centre.
 
The present Road provided which replaced the Palace Road is'nt suitable for large buses or Lorry's due to severe 90 degree turns in the new road. Residents and school children going to Town Centre or Gaelscoil, now have to avoid traffic on narrow turning footpath and many car park access junctions.
